This policy describes the current Heri’s Garage Store implementation. It should be reviewed again when live payment, shipping, analytics, advertising or additional third-party services are connected.

The store may process account details, contact information, shipping details, order information, messages submitted through customer support and technical session information required to operate the website.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and manage customer accounts, process and display orders, maintain the cart and wishlist experience, provide order support, respond to messages, prevent abuse and operate the storefront securely.
3. Payments
The current checkout runs in simulation mode. The full card number and CVV are not stored in the store database. When a real payment provider is integrated, production payment handling should use the provider’s tokenized or hosted payment fields and its applicable privacy terms.
4. Security
The application uses password hashing, prepared database statements, CSRF protection, session controls, upload validation and server security headers as part of its security baseline. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so production operations should also maintain updates, backups, monitoring and access controls.
5. Cookies and language preferences
The storefront uses session data and a language preference cookie to keep essential shopping functions and remember English, Spanish or Portuguese selection. Additional analytics or advertising cookies should be disclosed if those services are enabled later.
6. Retention and customer rights
Order, account and support records may be retained as reasonably required for service, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or operational purposes.
