About these terms
These terms reflect the current store build and should be finalized with the business’s approved shipping, warranty, return, tax and payment policies before production launch.
1. Store use
Customers may use the storefront to browse products, create accounts, save favorites, build a cart, submit orders and contact customer support. Automated abuse, unauthorized access attempts and misuse of the service are prohibited.
2. Products, availability and pricing
Product descriptions, photos, specifications, inventory and prices are presented for shopping purposes and may be updated when needed. Availability is subject to stock. Vehicle-specific or application-specific items should be checked for compatibility before purchase.
3. Orders and payment
An order is created after the checkout flow is completed. While payment simulation mode is active, submitted orders are test transactions and do not represent a real card charge. Production payment terms will apply after a live payment provider is connected.
4. Shipping and delivery
The storefront can display standard and express delivery options and estimated charges. Final carrier services, delivery commitments, excluded locations and shipment liability should follow the production shipping integration and approved business policy.
5. Returns, warranty and cancellations
Return, warranty and cancellation eligibility may depend on the product, condition, timing and final business policy. Items that require compatibility confirmation, installation or special handling may have additional conditions. The final approved policy should replace any temporary launch wording.
6. Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. Heri’s Garage may take reasonable steps to protect the service from abuse or unauthorized activity.
7. Intellectual property
Heri’s Garage branding, storefront design, original text, graphics and other protected materials may not be copied or used without authorization except where applicable law permits.
